FE 400 Internship Request Form

Please make sure to read the Proposal Guidelines before completing this form.

In order to be eligible to enroll in the FE400 Ministry Internship course: For BSBS (3 hours) Students, you must:

• Be formally accepted to a Degree Program
• Have successfully completed 60 or more college credits (with at least 12 credits in Bible/Theology, and 6 credits in Ministry Studies)
• Earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 with MBI

For ABS (1 hour) Students, you must:

• Be formally accepted to a Degree Program
• Have successfully completed 30 or more college credits
• (with at least 6 credits in Bible/Theology, and 3 credits in Ministry Studies)
• Earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 with MBI

For CTBS (1 hour) Students, you must:

• Be formally accepted to a Degree Program
• Have successfully completed 15 or more college credits (with at least 6 credits in Bible/Theology, and 3 credits in Ministry Studies)
• Earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 with MBI
