How do I find out what my PCM is?

Log in to the MyMoody portal and click on the PCM Information link on the Chicago Campus tab.

How do I find out who is in my PCM group?

Click on the PCM Class Roster link on the Chicago Campus tab.

How do I contact my group members?

You can look up their names in the Employee/Student Directory on the Students tab of the myMoody portal to find their emails. Generally, Moody emails are firstname.lastname@moody.edu (e.g., dwight.moody@moody.edu) or firstinitiallastname@moody.edu (dmoody@moody.edu).

How do I contact my site supervisor?

You can find your site supervisor’s contact information in the PCM Information section on the Chicago campus tab of the myMoody portal. Generally, the group leader will contact the site supervisor on behalf of the whole group.

I don’t have a PCM. What do I do?

How do I request a change of PCM?

Click on the PCM Change Request link on the myMoody portal. Note: We are experiencing a high volume of requests right now, so please allow at least two weeks for your request to be processed. Change requests are approved on a case-by-case basis by your PCM supervisor (Robert  Rivera or Nathan Strand). If your request is approved, your new PCM will show up on your schedule. If it is denied or we need more information, you will receive an email.

I’m a group leader. What do I do?

Group leaders coordinate communication with the PCM site and coordinate transportation plans with their group members. For specific instructions, refer to the PCM Group Leader email in your Moody email.

Are PCM vehicles available this year?

Moody has made some changes to their vehicle fleet, and unfortunately, we no longer have PCM vehicles. If you need assistance figuring out transportation to and from your PCM site, please contact your PCM supervisor (nathan.strand@moody.edu for Juniors/Seniors; robert.rivera@moody.edu for Freshmen/Sophomores).

My PCM says it’s Tuesday from 11-11:59 pm. Do I really have to go that late?

No, that is our way of saying your day/time is “TBD”, and you need to work out your specific weekly time with your site supervisor.

I failed PCM last semester. What do I do?

Email robert.rivera@moody.edu (Freshmen/Sophomores) or nathan.strand@moody.edu (Juniors/Seniors) your attendance regarding any blank sign-ins or necessary makeups from last semester. This is due no later than February 26th, 2024, or you will need to complete two PCMs next semester.

I need two PCMs this semester. What do I do?

Email your PCM supervisor (nathan.strand@moody.edu for Juniors/Seniors; robert.rivera@moody.edu for Freshmen/Sophomores).

I would like to learn more about PCM Spring Break trips. What should I do?

Contact Robert Rivera (robert.rivera@moody.edu).
